Although an art with great depth of knowledge and skill, it can be easy to learn and soon delivers its health benefits. For many, it continues as a lifetime
journey.

repairs around the home you are living in. Chris is extremely knowledgeable, personable and delivers her message in a way that is easy to understand and is totally facts based.

This information session will provide ample time for your own questions and Chris is happy to find out what the audience wants to discuss and tailor the session around that. Morning tea will be provided so bookings are essential.
