Have you ever wanted to try the gentle power of Tai Chi? We are offering a free, come and try session as part of Adult Learners Week.
Perfect for beginners, this class introduces you to the graceful movements and mindful breathing that makes Tai Chi a wonderful practice for balance, relaxation and overall wellbeing.
Led by an experienced instructor, you will learn simple techniques in a friendly, supportive environment.
No special equipment or experience needed – just wear comfortable clothing and come with an open mind.
