Geri-Fit is a FREE strength-training program for participants who are aged 60 years and over.
It is seated, strength-based training, using light weights and resistance bands.
Geri-Fit is designed specifically for older adults to help with gently building their strength, which ensures a higher level of function throughout the aging process.
It is safe, effective, fun and social, with proven health outcomes.
