How to create a habitat garden at Glenorchy Library

Join the Understorey Network for an inspiring workshop on creating habitat gardens using Tasmanian native plants. Whether you have a large yard or a small balcony, this session will explore how native plants can attract birds, insects, and wildlife to your space while supporting local biodiversity.

You’ll also see the Understorey Network demonstrate how to create a potted native mini garden, perfect for renters, patios, or anyone starting small. There will be a Q&A session following the demonstration. There will also be a Plant, cuttings and seed swap happening directly after this event.
