Brain Training @ the Library is a bi-weekly programme run by Gunnedah Shire Library for senior members of the community.
The programme focuses brain health and stimulation by involving participants in mental activities such as quizzes, find the objects, join the dots, and number and memory games. These activities target memory, visual observation, pattern recognition, vocabulary, logical thinking, decision making, and fine motor skills in a cheerful and supportive setting.
