In this workshop you will gain an understanding of chair yoga under the guidance of experienced Yogi Laura Sabini.
Chair yoga can improve your flexibility, concentration and strength, while boosting your mood, and reducing stress and joint strain.
Keep your body moving in Spring and focus on relaxation, body awareness and peace of mind with regular practice.
Chair yoga will help you return your body to a balanced and healthy state. Relax and reconnect your mind and body. Through breathing, yoga postures and chanting release stress, muscle tightness and unblock stagnant parts of the body.
