In this class you will make mozzarella, halloumi, and ricotta – and the best part is you will eat what you make on the day! (Cheese and crackers for lunch anyone?)

This class covers basic cheese making but will teach you what you will need to know to make some great cheeses at home. All ingredients supplied.
