Digital Essentials II

Following on from the Digital Literacy I course ran earlier in the year, Digital Literacy II looks to expand on the basic knowledge & experiences that participants learnt from.

Including: emails (retrieval, file attachment, reply, forward, file, scams); Word (locate, label, saving, copying, presentation, formatting, layout); online (searches, bookmarking, download attachments / forms, search engines, locations, events, people, organisations, jobs); social (sites, searches, messaging, communication, forums, texting); information management (organise, file, search, locate, retrieve); connecting (wifi, bluetooth, devices); day to day (shopping, videos, streaming apps); security (identify threats, virus scans).
