Join a Tai Chi for Health class lead by qualified Sifu Tom Rees.
Tai Chi is a combination of meditation, controlled breathing and martial art techniques. It is characterized by contrasting and complimentary movements which are slow and low impact while practicing breathing exercises.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring your own water bottle
$5 for COTA NT members and $7 for non-members (cash on attendance). Membership cards must be shown to qualify for Membership discount.
