At 29, Arron is a proud Kamilaroi man whose journey reflects resilience, determination and a deep connection to community and culture. Facing barriers to employment, Arron built his confidence and skills through the MTC Australia and GADI-supported SEE program, which provided culturally safe training, mentoring, and clear pathways into work.

Drawing on these experiences, Arron has grown both personally and professionally, developing a solid foundation for the future.

Now working at Vivid Indigenous Employment Services, Arron’s journey has led to greater economic independence, personal growth and a strong sense of belonging.
