Monthly Meditation at Glenroy Library

FREEThese 45-minute guided meditation sessions are run by an experienced Active Merri-bek facilitator and are designed for both beginners and people wishing to extend their existing practice. They will focus on mindfulness and meditation with some gentle yoga.
To ensure a comfortable session, please remember to:
Bring your own exercise mat (spares cannot be provided).
Dress in warm, comfortable clothing (especially on cold evenings).
