An introduction to swimming

If you’ve never learned to swim but would like to, join us for a class which will provide you with an introduction to swimming and water safety. Experienced teachers will take small groups of adults (separate female and male classes) and introduce you to the basics. Wear bathers, or a rash vest and leggings if preferred, and bring your towel.
Caps and goggles can be provided.
