Join Parks Victoria’s volunteer guides and explore the Boys Farm Heritage Trail through beautiful Lysterfield Park. Enjoy the peaceful natural surroundings, chat to other walkers and spot some of the wildlife that call this park home.
You can join this walk as a once-off to explore somewhere new, or include it as a regular part of your wellbeing or fitness routine.
This approximately 10 km trail will take you past Lysterfield Lake and the historic Boys Farm. Learn about the flora and fauna, as well as some of the history of the park. This beautiful trail is popular with photographers, so remember your camera!
The is a moderate level walk and takes approx 3 hours to complete. Expected terrain is varied, and the track is narrow and undulating at times. Australian walking track grading system Class 2. Full map, elevation profile and technical details can been downloaded at
