FREEJoin us for a relaxing and rejuvenating chair yoga session at the Kulungah-Myah Community Centre with CaAtherine from The Real Healthy HQ.
These are classes perfect for women who want to experience the benefits of yoga in a gentle and accessible way.
Whether you’re a beginner or have previous yoga experience, CaAtherine our experienced instructor will guide you through a series of gentle stretches, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques. Using a chair for support, you can comfortably practice yoga poses that improve flexibility, strength, and balance.
