Circuit exercise classes

FREEThe Glenroy Library hosts free, weekly Circuit exercise classes for adults of all ages, led by an experienced Active Merri-bek trainer. These sessions will start from Thursday 18 July.
Circuit is a great way to target your fitness. This class will help you build strength and muscular endurance through body weight exercises. The intensity of the workout is based on the participant, so these classes cater for beginner to advanced fitness levels!
