Somerset Regional Council has engaged Kylie Wilson to present two FREE WORKSHOPS on Farm Succession and Estate Planning for our Primary Producers.

Kylie, partner at Sparke Helmore, is a highly-regarded lawyer with experience in corporate, commercial, dispute resolution as well as litigation. With expertise across agribusiness, structuring and asset protection, succession planning and estate administration and litigation, she specialises in f AMily business dispute resolution and intergenerational wealth transition planning. Kylie works with medium to large f AMily business, primary producers and industry groups in the grazing, dairy, horticulture and sugar cane industries, high net worth individuals and SMEs. She has also been a guest speaker on ‘The Financial Bloke Podcast’ with Ben Law (Queensland Country Life columnist).
