Meditation for BEing the best version of you – Mondays

Discover simple and effective meditation approaches:

to be less stressed and scattered,
more grounded, present and connected,
demonstrate better boundaries,
build resilience, self-acceptance, kindness and compassion, and
connect with other like-minded people.
You can use these on-the-fly approaches throughout your day, as well as for more traditional sit-down meditations.

The facilitators of this class, Rupert and Tanya, have more than 30 years daily meditation experience. Rupert is also an international composer violinist, teacher and qualified mentor/coach and Tanya is a psychotherapist, counselor and mentor/coach.
