Women’s Strength Training workshop

FREEIn conjunction with the YMCA and Women’s Health Week, this workshop is designed to educate you on foundational strength training, build your confidence and promote overall wellness and fitness in a supportive environment.
The class will be run by two of our more experienced YMCA instructors, with the session to include free weight exercises.
Suitable for all fitness levels and adults aged 18+ years.
