Come along and give Zumba a go at Realm Library with an instructor from the Goodlife Health Club (located right next door). Your workout will fuse Latin American music and dance rhythms to create a party-like atmosphere! Zumba classes involve moderate paced aerobic dance that will tone and strengthen your body. They help to burn fat, build your core strength, improve your stamina and, they’re lots of fun! FREE Bookings required.
