A digital Seniors Card or digital Seniors Business Discount Card is a digital version of your physical plastic card, which you keep on your smartphone.
You can store, show, and verify your digital card in the digital wallet called ‘My wallet’ in your Service Victoria app.
It's a secure and easy way to use your government-issued card.
In this session, we will answer common questions about the digital card and show you how to store, access and verify the card on your smartphone.
This is an individual session, and our Library team will contact you with a 15 minute time slot closer to the date.
Learn how paying by mobile phone/device works and how you can store loyalty cards on your phone.
Bring along your own device for 30 minutes of one-on-one assistance.
Support is limited to the use of devices, applications and browsers but does not cover problems relating to security, repairs, or purchase recommendations.
The half hour appointments are available weekly. Due to high demand, consecutive appointments may not be booked.

Educating people how to use their devices and TV and to access learning materials on podcasts and YouTube. including teaching yourself how to paint, woodwork, cooking and learning languages other than English.
This course will build your confidence in basic English reading, writing and speaking skills to support you towards further study or to engage with your community. It is suitable for students who have language skills which enable them to communicate in everyday situations eg asking for information (NOT for beginners).

This workshop covers the basic steps you need to help keep in touch with your f AMily and friends using email. It will explain how to set up an email account, how to send an email, and how to read and reply to emails that have been sent to you.
You will also learn the basics of online shopping, whether you want to book a holiday or buy groceries. We will walk you through the process of buying something online, and you will also learn how to stay safe whilst shopping online.
