Email is one of the fund AMental internet technologies, a tool used by nearly every person with an internet connection.
This workshop covers the basic steps you need to help keep in touch with your f AMily and friends using email. It will explain how to set up an email account, how to send an email, and how to read and reply to emails that have been sent to you.

You will also learn the basics of online shopping, whether you want to book a holiday or buy groceries. We will walk you through the process of buying something online, and you will also learn how to stay safe whilst shopping online.

A laptop will be provided to use during the session. This programis a partnership between Woollahra Libraries, NSW Government, Telstra and the State Library of NSW
